• Orders can be placed during working from 10 am to 6pm. However after that orders can be placed online but the order will processed on next working day.The buyer will be informed about the dispatch of goods through email or sms
  • All packing and forwarding charges are to be borne by purchaser. However it depends on nature and quantity of order and place of delivery which will be valid through out India and mode of transport shall be suggested by buyer. All courier charges shall be borne by buyer unless we give free delivery on certain products.
  • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. If you want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us to inform of your new address before your order has been shipped out. If you haven’t place an order yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unplaced order will be cancelled automatically after the due process.
  • Goods returned for exchange when the incorrect item or size has been ordered originally, the Buyer shall be responsible for both the cost of return and re-delivery.
  • Where a parcel cannot be delivered, you will be notified from courier by a card with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Courier will only attempt one re-delivery this happens the next business day after the initial delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to hotelwareonline.com.
  • Delivery method we use various methods of delivery depending on the items and weight of items. All our deliveries require signing for and therefore an address must be given for delivery where a person is available for accepting your goods. Where a failed delivery occurs then a card will be left by the courier stating the contact details of the delivery company, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to contact the delivery company to re-arrange the delivery. In the event that the Buyer does not contact the delivery company and the goods are returned to hotelwareonline.com, the Buyer will bare the costs for returning and for re-delivery of their order.
  • Some items have extended delivery times. This applies to most heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery, glassware. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery within the lead times quoted on the website, contact us if you need to confirm lead times.
  • Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items
  • Equipment and Machines are normally sent direct from manufacturer and therefore delivery times will vary – please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of all these items
  • Some Large Items carry a heavy delivery surcharge applied by the manufacturer.
  • Some products like crockery, glassware,equipment will require advance payment as per manufacturer’s policy
  • Certain items i.e. Butane gas canisters and chafing fuel, will not be shipped outside Delhi.
